How can I schedule an appointment?
The fastest and easiest way to make an appointment is through my booking page. The button below will take you there. This way you can find the day and time that works best for you, up to 2 hours before an appointment. Another option is to text me at (831)566-0258 and I will be happy to help book you a time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Things come up, plans change which is understandable and appreciated. You may cancel your appointment without charge if you cancel at least 24-hours before your appointment start time. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may result in a 50% charge for your session as that time has been set aside specifically for you. No-Call-No-Shows will result in a full charge for that session.
I threw my back out, I tweaked my neck, etc… its after hours or there are no openings…
If you have a last minute or after hours need I will do my best to squeeze you in and/or come after hours to be able to support you. In cases like this, text and call my cell phone at (831)566-0258. For appointments outside of my business hours, I may add $20 extra per hour of massage. (This is to supplement childcare.)
Will I get a full 60 minutes of massage when I book a 1 hour appointment?
Yes, you receive the full amount of treatment time that you pay for. You are not charged for the intake and interview process, or the time it takes you to dress.
